- Bedspreads and pillows provided; blankets may not be included (bring your own if needed)
- You must furnish your own paper products and cleaning supplies
- Bring any items you feel are indispensable for a great vacation
- Owner not responsible for malfunction of services, utilities, or internet service
- No relocating, disconnecting, or modifying electronic equipment
- No rearranging furniture or taking furniture to the beach

- Jan 1 – Mar 31: $250 per night (2-night minimum)
- Apr 1 – Jun 3: $325–$500 per night (3-night minimum)
- Jun 1 – Aug 31: $4,000–$4,550 per week (Saturday-to-Saturday rentals only)
- Sept 1 – Oct 31: $300–$550 per night (3-night minimum)
- Nov 1 – Dec 31: $250 per night (2-night minimum)
