- 7-night stay: $1,550
- Apr 1 – May 28: $300–$450 per night (3-night minimum)
- June 1 – Aug 30: $4,000–$4,700 per week (Friday-to-Friday rentals only)
- Sept 1 – Oct 31: $250–$450 per night (3-night minimum)
- Nov 1 – Dec 31: $250 per night (2-night minimum)
