Rates:
- Jan 1 – Mar 31: $250 per night (2-night minimum)
7 nights: $1,100
- Apr 1 – May 28: $300 to $450 per night (3-night minimum)
7 nights: $1,700 - June 1 – Aug 30: $4,000 to $4,500 per week (Friday to Friday rentals only)
- Sept 1 – Oct 31: $300 to $450 per night (3-night minimum)
- Nov 1 – Dec 31: $250 per night (2-night minimum)
Additional Fees
- 14% Tax on rental price
- Cleaning Fee: $250
- Bed Linens & Bath Towels: Included in the rental
- Early Check-In Fee: $150 (For check-in before 1:00 pm during peak season)
- Pet Fee: $150 (Up to two pets considered)
