Welcome to Haven House! This newly updated 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath vacation home is just 150 yards away from a public beach access and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Want some sand-free time? Cool off in your private pool or relax in the hot tub. Haven House is also walking distance to several great restaurants (Mama Kwans!), ice cream, brewery (Swells’a Brewin!), and more. And when you want to eat in, you'll have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you'll need while on vacation.

The space
Haven House is just one block from the ocean, less than 200 yards to the sand! Our spacious vacation home has been newly painted and decorated with a laid-back, modern coastal vibe. The top level features a large living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, half bath, and a King suite with attached full bath. On the middle level, there is another King suite with attached full bath, a King bedroom that shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom, and a bunk room, which has 2 twin beds on bottom and a full bed on top. The bottom floor has a queen suite with attached full bath, another bedroom with 2 twin beds, a game room, half-bath, bar area with full fridge and brand new ice maker, and full laundry. Every bedroom is equipped with smart TV's and cable. And don't worry about those steps. We have an elevator to get you from floor to floor!

Outside, you can hear the waves and feel the sea breezes from our 4 expansive decks, including one screened lanai. Enjoy the sunrise from the back decks and the sunset from the front. In the back yard, relax in your own private pool and hot tub!

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house and elevator, pool and hot tub.

Other things to note
*There are 5 or 6 steps to the bottom level. Once inside, an elevator can take you to the other floors, if you wish.

*While we do not allow guests to bring pets, the owners may sometimes bring their own. We keep the house very clean, but cannot promise that it is completely Allergan free.

Posted Jun 23, 2026We stayed with a big group for three nights. The beach is walking distance, and there were beach chairs and a cart, very handy. The house has lots of balconies, it really felt like a special beach vacation. The pool and the hot tub were amazing, because they had salt water, and it was such a blast to not have to deal with the chlorine - the salt water pool really made a big difference for all of us. The kitchen and livingroom are big, and again, there are two balconies, one on each side. The ceiling fans helped a lot. Also, the elevator made a huge difference as we were packing and unpacking the food. We had a few minor issues trying to figure out where things are and how they work, but the host, Mike, was very responsive, and looked for solutions quickly. The location is quiet and close to shops and everything. It was a great stay for us. Overall, it was a smooth stay. Everyone in our group felt that the real house was better than on than what they had expected from the pictures.

Beautiful weather, great location and excellent accommodations. Highly recommend KDH in late October. Warm days and cool evenings make for great sleeping and relaxation.  The property was outstanding in all respects. Looking forward to our next stay.

Stayed with kids

We all enjoyed our stay. It’s even better than the photos and more spacious. 13 people (7 adults, 6 kids) fit comfortably. Quick walk to the beach. I found the hosts  guidebook to be very helpful for local recommendations. The pool was amazing and perfect for afternoons after spending the morning at the beach. We would stay here again.

Perfect location to enjoy the beach, nearby, restaurants, and plenty of nearby things to do for the whole family. The pool was the perfect addition for lazy days when we didn’t feel like walking five minutes to the beach but needed to entertain the kiddos. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

The house and stay was everything we needed!! Everyone enjoyed their time and the private pool was a plus! The hosts were so nice and allowed us to check in early! Would absolutely recommend them and their house!
