POLICIES: 

• We only rent to family groups and friends over 25 years old.
• No smoking
• No Pets
• Early check-in before 1:00 PM available for an additional $150.00 fee.
• Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during peak summer season
• Rentals bed linens and bath towels are included
• Bedspreads and pillows are provided.  Blankets may not be in the unit so you may want to bring your own. 
• You must furnish your own paper products and cleaning supplies. 
• You should also bring any items that you feel are indispensable for an enjoyable vacation. 
• Owner is not responsible for the malfunction of these services, utilities or internet service. You may not relocate, disconnect or modify the electronic equipment. 
• You may not rearrange furniture or take furniture to the beach.
