Great large-family vacation rental home located on the beautiful Island Pines Dr. in Waves, NC! This spectacular Outer Banks property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, just steps from the dunes and ocean. You'll enjoy privacy and a calm, serene atmosphere at Island Pines, surrounded by pines and cedars.
Relaxation abounds as you switch from life-mode to vacation-mode and enjoy the private pool or catch some rays on one of the many spacious decks. Island Pines features five spacious master bedrooms, all with private baths.
The kitchen and great room on the upper level are a natural gathering space and are large enough to gather your family and friends for dinner, movies, puzzles, and games! Above the great room is a bonus loft--perfect for reading, or quietly sneaking off to return phone calls or emails.
The well-appointed kitchen features two dishwashers and an oversized refrigerator for ease of comfort and entertaining. With ample seating and an island for serving, this kitchen was made for large gatherings! The upper level features one master bedroom with a king bed, private bath, jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. This room has a sliding door to the sun deck where guests can enjoy quiet morning cups of coffee, ocean views, or sunbathing.
On the mid-level guests will enjoy four bedrooms: Two master bedrooms with private baths, king beds, and sliding doors to a covered deck with ocean views, another king bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of pyramid bunk beds. The king room and bunk room share a full bathroom located in the hallway.
The lower level features two large master bedrooms with king beds, as well as private baths. A third bedroom on the lower level has pyramid bunk beds and has access to the shared hall bathroom. Our young and old guests, alike, dream of our spacious game room with pool table, television, wet-bar, and full sized refrigerator! The game room walks out to the pool and hot tub, conveniently allowing snacks and cold drinks to be just a few steps away!
Island Pines is a quick two-minute walk from the beach. Guests can walk a few more minutes and visit the Rodanthe pier and enjoy deep water fishing.
Waves, NC is a world-renowned location for kite-surfing and windsurfing. Guests can take a quick five minute walk visit one of two lesson and equipment rental businesses.
Another quick walk--Enjoy a burger at long-time Waves fave, "Top Dog Cafe", then head over to Dairy Queen for ice cream and sunset views over the sound. Island Pines is ready to welcome your family for a spectacular vacation.
