POLICIES:
- We only rent to family groups and friends over 25 years old.
- No smoking
- Maximum Occupancy: 12
- Pets welcome with additional fee.
- Early check-in before 1:00 PM available for an additional $125.00 fee.
- Weekly rentals are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY during peak summer season.
- In-season weekly rentals from June 1st to September 1st will include BED linens in your rental price. BATH TOWELS and beach towels are NOT INCLUDED but can be added FOR A FEE.
- Off-season linens are NOT included; guests may bring their own linens or arrange to rent linens.
- Bedspreads and pillows are provided. Blankets may not be in the unit so you may want to bring your own.
- You must furnish your own paper products and cleaning supplies.
- You should also bring any items that you feel are indispensable for an enjoyable vacation.
- Owner is not responsible for the malfunction of these services, utilities or internet service. You may not relocate, disconnect or modify the electronic equipment.
- You may not rearrange furniture or take furniture to the beach.

- Apr 1 - June 3: $325 to $500 per night; 3 night min
- June 4 - August 27 $4500 per Week (weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday)
- Aug 28th - Oct 31 $300 to $550 per night 3 night min
- Nov 1 - Dec 31 $250 per night; 3 night min
Other Fees
- $200.00 cleaning fee
- Bed linens are included in rental. Bath towels and beach towels can be purchased for $10.00 per bath towel set
- $155.00 fee for early check-in before 1:00 pm during peak season
- 14% occupancy tax
- Up to Two dogs accepted with $150.00 pet fee
